The aim of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the processing rules and the personal data protection procedures provided in connection with the use of CuliInAria.pl web site and the services offered through it. The website owner processes the personal information in accordance with the Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data), (Journal of Laws UE L119 of May 4, 2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as GDPR. User – is the data subject as natural persons witch using our service. The user corresponds in the subject of personal data.
Personal Data – are data about a natural persons who can be identified from those data.
Service – is this web site application and includes the features used by the User during use.
